7-Day Exchanges & Returns Policy

1. Hassle-Free 7-Day Exchange

We want your 180 GSM tees and 400 GSM hoodies to fit comfortably. If you find you need a different size (S, M, L, or XL) or colour, we provide a complimentary 7-day size exchange with doorstep reverse pickup.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition.
• Original brand tags and dust bag must be intact.
• The exchange or return request must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.

3. How to Request an Exchange

Send an email to concierge@houseofsolid.in or message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID (e.g. HOS-XXXXXX) and your desired swap size. Our Delhi team will dispatch your replacement within 24 hours while simultaneously scheduling a courier pickup of the original piece.

4. Refund Processing via Cashfree

For approved return requests, refunds are initiated back to the original payment source (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, NetBanking) via Cashfree within 48 hours of quality approval at our Delhi warehouse. Bank processing typically reflects in 3 to 5 working days.
